2022年7月5日，國務(wù)院部門文件《商務(wù)部等17部門關(guān)于搞活汽車流通 擴(kuò)大汽車消費(fèi)若干措施的通知》 在支持新能源汽車購買使用部分提出：積極支持充電設(shè)施建設(shè)，加快推進(jìn)居住社區(qū)、停車場(chǎng)、加油站、高速公路服務(wù)區(qū)、客貨運(yùn)樞紐等充電設(shè)施建設(shè)，引導(dǎo)充電樁運(yùn)營企業(yè)適當(dāng)下調(diào)充電服務(wù)費(fèi)。
On July 5, 2022, the State Council department document Notice of the Ministry of Commerce and Other 17 Departments on Several Measures to Activate Automobile Circulation and Expand Automobile Consumption proposed in the part of mountinging the purchase and use of new energy vehicles: actively mounting the construction of charging facilities, accelerate the construction of charging facilities such as residential communities, parking lots, gas stations, expressway service areas, passenger and freight transport hubs, and guide charging pile operators to appropriately reduce charging service fees.
在全球變暖以及汽油價(jià)格上漲的情況下，新能源汽車的數(shù)量在未來預(yù)計(jì)將會(huì)呈現(xiàn)快速增長(zhǎng)，配置的充電樁基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施也會(huì)越來越多，但是我國充電樁與新能源汽車的比例約為1：3，許多較為偏遠(yuǎn)的地方甚至沒有充電樁。
